1. Engagement & Services
These Terms of Service govern professional freelance modeling, video editing, graphic design, and content creation services provided by Athulya. By submitting a booking request on this website, you agree to these standard terms.
2. Booking Enquiries & Confirmations
Submitting an inquiry through our booking form or chatbot does not constitute a confirmed contract. A booking is only confirmed once dates, creative requirements, commercial rates, and logistical terms have been mutually agreed upon via direct communication.
3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
Deliverables such as edited videos, graphic designs, and promotional assets are licensed for agreed commercial use upon full payment of agreed fees. Portfolio usage of completed creative work across social media and website galleries is retained unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal data shared during booking inquiries is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and India's DPDP Act, 2023. We never sell your personal information.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any professional engagements arising from this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala.
